African Milk Weed aka Euphorbia Trigona is a perennial plant that originates from Central Africa. The milky sap in its stems is where it gets it’s name from. It’s tall unique appearance grows thorns from the corner’s of the plant’s rectangular stem ridges. Delicate green and burgundy leaves also grow from the ridges.
Easy to look after, pest resistant and a fast grower means it’s the perfect plant to add a little green flair to any sunny spot. Like many in the Euphorbia Genus family, it's a mix between a cactus and a succulent plant, but has traits familiar with both.
Sunlight
Prefers bright indirect light. Protect from direct sun to prevent burning.
Water
Water 1 or 2 times a week. Allow soil to dry completely before watering to prevent overwatering.

Brown Spots: Corking, forming thick, firm brown patches on base of the stem as it ages. Can also be caused by sunburn, bugs, or root rot due to overwatering
